Who we are

Varal Books and Varal Edições are trading names of TAVLABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17538714. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Email: support@tavlabs.uk. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.

What you are buying

Our products are digital content: PDF files you download, read on screen and print for your own household's use. The description, number of pages and price of each product are shown on its page before you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay.

How the order works

You pay through Stripe, our payment provider. When the payment is confirmed you are taken to your download page and you receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed.

Your right to cancel

For digital content you normally have 14 days to cancel. Before paying, we ask you to confirm that you want the download straight away and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once the download starts. If you give that consent and acknowledgement, the right to cancel ends when the download starts (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37). If for any reason we start supplying without that consent, you keep the right to cancel and owe nothing.

If something is wrong

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, will not open or is not as described, email us and we will repair or replace it, or give you a refund.

What our guides are, and are not

Our guides give general, practical information checked against official sources on the date shown in each guide. Rules and amounts change. They are not medical, legal, immigration or financial advice. For health questions, speak to your midwife, GP or NHS 111; in an emergency, call 999.

Using the files

You may download, print and use the files for your own household. Please don't resell, share publicly or upload them elsewhere. All content is © TAVLABS LTD.

Complaints and law

If you have a complaint, email support@tavlabs.uk and we will reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
